Classic schoolhouse clock; 1st ed ornate trim vs 2nd ed smooth trim (made to 1941); lower glass clear or stenciled 'Regulator'/'Standard Time'; Wrigley's used it as a storeowner premium. 1st Edition has ornate trim and 2nd Edition smooth trim, each offered with four movement variants (Time Only, Time and Strike, Time and Calendar, Time Strike and Calendar); the 2nd Edition strikes on the traditional gong. A 2nd-Edition factory chime-rod time-and-strike variant exists with a single chime rod instead of a gong, striking the hours and signalling the half hour.
