Sunken dial; extremely rare, few known examples. Two-thirds miniature variant: 54 H x 15 W x 10 D in (full-size 81 H in), identical trim and bevelled glass, original label, Berlin-marked movement; non-original decorative pendulum bob. A story of it belonging to Montreal’s ‘Midgets Palace’ is unverified.
